LIFA product range for fast FLIM

Lambert Instruments' LIFA microscope attachments provide a fast and user-friendly lifetime imaging solution for a range of microscopy techniques including:

The system is compatible with all major brand microscopes and is fully upgradable. 

The latest additions to the LIFA product line are the LIFA-P and LIFA-X for phosphorescence lifetime imaging at microsecond and millisecond lifetimes.

The picture shows 4 HeLa cells with FRET (Alexa488 and Alexa568) only at the centrosomes (the microtubule organizing centers of the cell): the lifetime of Alexa488 at the centrosomes has decreased to 2,3ns, and the lifetime of Alexa488 outside the centrosomes is 2,7ns.
