FLIM Systems

The Lambert Instruments Fluorescence lifetime Attachment (LIFA) is a fast frequency domain FLIM system compatible with Leica®, Nikon®, Olympus® and Zeiss® widefield fluorescence microscopes.

The TRiCAM is a compact Intensified CCD camera for scientific and industrial applications that require 1) low-light level imaging, 2) ultra-short exposures through fast gating, and/or 3) frequency domain imaging using lock-in detection.

 

 

The combination of the LIFA with the renowned Yokogawa CSU-X1 multibeam confocal spinning disk provides fast confocal FLIM in the frequency domain.

The LIFA Laser-TIRF is a combination of the LIFA with Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy.

This newest addition to the LIFA product line offers phosphorescence lifetime imaging in the range from 300ns up to 1 ms.

The Lambert Instruments Fluorescence lifetime Attachment (LIFA) can be combined seamlessly with a hyperspectral unit, such as the Gooch & Housego HSi AOTF.

This addition to the LIFA product line offers FLIM in the range from 0ns up to 1 ms (Phosphorescence). The 'X' represents the extended range of lifetimes that can be resolved when compared to the standard LIFA (0.1 ns – 300 ns).

The II18MD, a modulated image intensifier, is a key component in frequency domain systems for low-light-level applications.

The Multi-LASER modulated lasers offer the ultra-high stability and modulation depth required for high quality lifetime imaging, and can also be used for regular fluorescence intensity imaging.

The Lambert Instruments Multi-LED system is a versatile excitation light source for FLIM in the frequency domain. LEDs provide non-phototoxic illumination levels, have a low cost and a long economic lifespan.
