Easy Configuration

LI-FLIM lets you control all LIFA hardware in a simple interface. Set up your experiment, optimize your camera settings or switch between excitation wavelengths.

You can switch between the available LEDS in the Multi-LED simply by clicking the desired wavelength.

Time-Lapse

Track how the lifetimes in your sample change over time with the built-in time-lapse feature. Just set the duration and time between measurements and LI-FLIM does the rest.

 

Multi-Lifetime Measurements

If there are multiple lifetime components in your sample, then LI-FLIM can automatically determine their lifetimes and fractions. It will then automatically record the required images at multiple modulation frequencies and calculate the results.

Lifetime Overlay

LI-FLIM instantly calculates the fluorescence lifetime and overlays it on the image as a color map. This intuitive representation makes it easy to interpret the lifetime data.

 

Polar Plot

The polar plot or phasor plot is another representation of your lifetime data. It visualizes the contribution of multiple lifetime components in your sample.

 

Regions Of Interest

You can draw regions of interest in LI-FLIM to analyze a specific part of the image.

 

Statistics

LI-FLIM automatically calculates the average lifetime and standard deviation in each region of interest. You can export all statistics data and histograms to Excel files.
