Service Packages

For new and existing LIFA customers Lambert Instruments offers targeted FLIM service packages.

 

LIFA Support

One year support for answering technical questions and troubleshooting problems. Including technical support by email/phone or remote-desktop sessions up to 12 hours using Teamviewer with a certified Lambert Instruments engineer. Each session includes trouble shooting and a quick scan of system performance, or can be used for a training on LI-FLIM.

Advanced On-Site Training

One on-site two-days visit by a certified Lambert Instruments engineer including a system performance check and elaborate on-site training of new and existing users on the LIFA and LI-FLIM. The latest features of LI-FLIM will be demonstrated. There is ample time for technical Q&A on the LIFA and frequency-domain FLIM according to your specific experimental needs.

Script Support

Extend your LIFA Support with Script support. Control your LIFA with third party software like MATLAB or analyze LI-FLIMs .fli data format outside LI-FLIM (e.g. MATLAB, ImageJ).
